Selecting Products

Use the Date Selector to enter your pick up and drop off dates, so you can see what is available and what is not. If a product has a green "Available" then the item is available during the selected days, otherwise it will have a red "Unavailable". 

Once you have found the item(s) you want to rent, then just add it to your cart. You can continue browsing to add more items or if that is all you want then you can click on the Cart button at the top right of your screen and Checkout.

Checking Availability

If you decide to check the availability of a product you may see an "Available for part of the day" note on some days. These are days that gear is being picked up or returned from a rental. These days are not available for rent as we only offer 1 day minimum rentals. We do not offer half day rentals.


Checkout

When it comes to checking out, you will need to make an account or sign in to an already existing one. Once you have signed in then you can checkout like normal. Payment will need to be made before the rental order comes through to us. Payment can be made online with a Debit/ Credit Card. Otherwise if you want to pay via bank transfer we recommend calling us to place the order. Contact us on (09) 378-8678.

PLEASE NOTE! 

Rental Pickups are from 3pm of the day that you have selected for pickup. If you choose pickup before 3pm you will charged for the pickup day as well.

Rental drop-offs are before 12pm of the day that you have selected for drop-off.  Rentals that are returned after 12pm will be charged an additional day of rental.


Pick-Up/ Return

Default pickup branch is our Mt Eden Store (6 Akepiro Street, Mt Eden, Auckland 1024, NZ). The other option is our Albany store (3/2 Tawa Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632, NZ), BUT please let us know if you want to pick up from here otherwise it will be prepped at the Mt Eden Store.

We also know it is important for you to pick up gear the day before your shoot. That is why we allow pick ups to be after 3pm of the pick up day, to allow us to have the day to prep your gear and make sure batteries are all charged and the gear is ready for you. When you return gear, please make sure it is before 12pm so we can get it ready for the next customer in time. If the return is after 12pm you will be charged an extra day for late return.

 When you come into store to pick up we will need to grab some ID documents from you before handing the gear over.

Please make sure to bring in the following so we can make copies in-store:

  • New Zealand passport or foreign passport with a Permanent Resident Visa.
    • We can only rent to New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents.
  • Credit Card with a matching name to your passport.
  • Proof Of Address (Physical Copy or an Email)
    • This can be a Utilities Bill, Mobile Bill, Bank Statement etc.

*We reserve the right to rent out any gear if you fail to supply the required documents.
